At Positive Paaji, we are committed to delivering value, inspiration, and an empowering experience. We stand behind the quality of our services and products. However, we understand that sometimes things may not go as planned. Please review our refund policy below:


1. Events & Speaking Engagements

All bookings for live or virtual motivational sessions, workshops, or events are non-refundable. In case of rescheduling by either party, we’ll do our best to accommodate a new date/time.


2. Coaching or Consultation Services

Once a session is confirmed and payment is made, it is considered final. However, rescheduling may be allowed with at least 24 hours’ notice. No-shows or late cancellations may result in forfeiture of fees.


3. Books & Merchandise

We currently do not offer refunds on physical items (books, merchandise) unless:

  • The item received is damaged or defective

  • The wrong product was delivered

To request a return or exchange, please email us at hello@positivepaaji@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue.


4. Digital Products

All sales of digital products (e.g., downloadable PDFs, courses) are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.
